I hereby certify that the service required on the within
requisitions had been rendered before the vouchers were given. The
Seaboard & Roanoke R Rd is a side line. There is only one
quartermaster on the line & he is stationed at Weldon. Company
& Ag'ts ship freight to Weldon & other points on the road,
then the QMaster at Weldon issued vouchers of this Road for services
as an order & a receipt for the same. This applies to all vouchers
of this kind
