| By my construction, a recent act of
Congress provides for such persons as I, by allowing certain Rail
Road men commissions (but not the pay). |
| I am employed on this Road as one of its
chief agents and Teleg'h Operators. I have long since desired to go
into the field buy my resignation from the service of the Company
would not be .....? If I am entitled to any Commission will please
direct me what steps to take to ??? it. Please answer at Mobile and
this Co. |
