| I have this moment received information
that Capt Jno M Galt commanding Post at Lynchburg has impresses five
(5) Richmond & Danville cars while at our depot in Lynchburg to
transport heavy ordnance stores. Will you please give this your
attention. It will destroy the ability of our road to do the
business of the government if those cars are to be taken this way
and sent on other roads. |
