| No freight will be received
for transportation to any of the following named depots, nor will any
be received at the said depots to be carried on this Road, except
at its owners risk, and everyone on shipping must state explicitly
that he agrees to take all risk of loss, damage &c. on the list of
articles he loads for shipment. Any Agent on receiving articles for
shipment without taking this agreement will be charged with any loss
the Co. has to pay on the goods. All individual freight must be sent
by passenger train, and charged passenger train rates, when not too
much the train will stop to load it. |

person to take it on the arrival of the train. |
