I have the honor to enclose invoices &
duplicate receipts of powder shipped to you this day. It will go by
passenger train tomorrow {Charleston & Savannah
RR}. I send at the same time fifty cartridges (10 lbs) for 8"
Columbiad to make good the invoice for 100 cartridges I have left on
