Quartermaster will proceed without delay to Weldon, North Carolina,
and relieve Captain Thomas R. Sharp, Assistant Quartermaster at that
place. Captain Sharp on being relieved, will report for duty as
temporary Superintendent of the Charlotte & South Carolina Rail
