| Under the direction of the Engineer Dept.
the bridge over the North Anna (R. F. & P. R. R. {Richmond,
Fredericksburg & Potomac RR}) is being repaired. Its
reconstruction is deemed a matter of real importance at this time
& a large force of mechanics is at work. |
| Two wagons & teams are urgently needed
to haul timber & I therefore respectfully but urgently
request that they be sent to Hanover Junction for the purpose, or
furnished for that point by the Q. Mr. of the Pot, they will be needed
tomorrow. |
