In reply to your note of this date I am sorry to inform you that I have
not yet received any fodder and on account of moving the prisoners all
of the cars are used for that purpose. I have sent presses into the
country in order to have fodder baled and made every preparation for it
and as soon as transportation can be had will insure a supply which I
hope will not be long. |
