| To your note, we reply that it will take
about Three Hundred (300) tons of stone coal, per annum,
(which is 3 car loads per month) to run our works to full capacity
on government work. |
| We have not a bushel of either
coal or coke on hand from the fact that car loads of coal loaded &
paid for by us have been seized by other parties, at
Chattanooga. |
