Col, |
I herewith enclose you my
report for the month of July, the principal loss in issues is accounted
as lost on Rail Road as the supplies on hand were shipped in great haste
and confusion on the evacuation of this place on the 12th; a car
containing sundries was disabled en-route to Charlottesville and laid a
day or two upon a sideling, where we suppose the principal loss was
sustained. |
Very Respecty Yours |
