Personally came before me B Y Reu an acting
Justice of the Peace for said county, J. B. Henbulk, who being duly
sworn Deposes and says that about the 17th Day May being on the way from
Morton Station Southern {(of Mississippi)}
Rail Road, where he had been engaged with the government wagons in
hauling timbers for said Road, one of the government mules sickened and
died, for which Capt L. B. Taylor A. Q. M., was responsible. |
