Dear Sir,

I see by the papers there has been an act passed called
Military transportation Bill" creating a Office of District
Military Superintendent." I have been Rail Roading as Conductor
for Eight years and am now Running as Conductor on the Florida
Atlantic & Gulf Central RR and would like to get the appointment
as Superintendent of the Southern District and will refer you to the
Hon J M Baker, Hon J. B. Dawkins, & Hon R. B. Hilton
