Dear Sir,
|
As I wrote you I have not yet received any Navy cars for
you, but yesterday I received two M&W {Macon
& Western RR} Coal cars which I ordered to be immediately
loaded with coal for you knowing that you were in pressing want. The
only coal I had on hand was Nut Coal, a grade equal to mixed in
quality and price. Should you not be able to use the nut coal you will
then please have the goodness to turn the cars over to Mr. T. C.
Nesbit who has a foundry near the Depot of the M&W R Road, and be
kind enough to inform me of the fact.
|
I will get Navy cars in a day or two I think for you when
I will ship your order of "Run of the Mines" Coal.
|
I am with much respect
|
Yours truly
|
