| I have the honor to report that the
Subsistence store ordered to be sent Mr. F. H. Holms at Ha??burg were
sent to the Rail Road and with them the Qr. Masters order for their
transportation by Passenger Train this morning and that the stores
have been returned the Rail Road Officials refusing to transport them. |

circumstances. |
