| Learning that a successor to
W. S. Ashe Maj & QM Chief of Transportation CSA would be appointed, the
undersigned Rail Road Officers, having had a business acquaintance with
Capt Mason Morfit & finding him an energetic efficient officer, would
respectfully recommend him as a suitable individual to fill that
important post. |
