Sims Chf of Rail Road Transportation, and make with him such
arrangements with the several Rail Road Companies in East Tenn,
Georgia and Alabama as will facilitate the Transportation of Govt
Stores over these Roads, and aid him in the Genl transportation of
Govt supplies until further orders. |
