| You will transfer to Central
City Foundry (10,573) Ten thousand five hundred & seventy three
pounds of Pig iron to be cast into chairs for the Mobile & Ohio
Railroad, taking their receipt for the same, which shall be a valid
voucher to you. |

At the same time you will report to Major F. M. LeBarron
at Mobile the number of pounds & the invoiced cost of the iron.
Major LeBarron will deduct the cost of the iron in his settlement with
the Mobile & Ohio Rail Road.
