I inclose you letter from Col Sims. If you
are willing for the W. & A. RR {Western
& Atlantic RR} to have Jones please give me your written
consent. I have not heard a word about your slate. I have now all I
can do ??? the matter. Cars can be furnished at any time & I have
arranged for them to go Thursday without transferring at this point.
