| Yours of the 1st at hand. We have recd no leather in
the last few days for Col. Gorgas; but if any should arrive you may be
assured no time shall be lost in having it forwarded from this post. |
| About ten days or probably two weeks ago
we forwarded three rolls of Leather from the West for Col. G. but none
since. |
| Should any hereafter be shipped I will
notify you of the fact per letter. |
