Dear Sir, |
I respectfully request that
you will have H. L. Pangle, a private in Co. A. Fourth Texas Infantry,
Texas Brigade (late Greggs) detailed to work in the shops of this
Company as a Machinist; Mr. Pangle is a good workman and his services to
us are indispensable. Nine tenths of our transportation is now on
Government account. |
