| As soon as you are well enough for duty, I
wish you to collect the car springs bought by me from South Carolina
R. R. Co. & from Georgia R. R. & have them consigned to you as A. Q. M. at Weldon. Then go to Charleston & Augusta & give
the Rail Road Companies receipts for them. |
| From Augusta I wish you to proceed to
Chattanooga, Grand Junction, Memphis & if necessary, to New
Orleans and hurry forward Government stores to Richmond. |
