| Please start two of your trains on the
line between Danville and Petersburg, as early as possible. The full
rate of both roads {the Richmond & Danville
and the South Side RRs} shall be allowed you, and bills of
lading issued direct, without regard to Burkeville, which you will
have signed by the transportation officer at Petersburg where you can
collect them without further reference to this office. |
