| The establishment here under my charge has
been closed and I have some first class hands, part of whom will be transferred
through Col. W. M. Wadley to the RR Companies. Do you want some of
them? If so I would suggest that you get an order from Sec of War for me to
transfer to you such as the RR Cos do not take. |
