Sir, |
I have the honor to make
application for the extension of the Detail of Private
{lost in crease} 8th Regt Ala Volunteers.
Botey is one of the most useful men in our carshop, being one of our
oldest workmen in the service of the Company previous to the war; He is
employed in the Repairs of cars and it will be impossible to fill his
place with a man equally efficient. It is indispensably necessary to the
efficient operation of this road that the present force of mechanics
should be retained. |
Please take the proper steps
to procure the extension of his detail. |
Very Respectfully |
