Dear Sir, |
I will undertake the
Supervision on contract to build not less than two Hundred Rail Road
cars. Your department to have the privilege of increasing the number
to five Hundred if so many should be required. The cars to be built in
accordance with the plans and under the instructions and directions of
your department. |
Your department to furnish the
funds to pay for all the material delivered and labour required in
Building said cars and pay me twenty five per cent on the gross amount
disbursed by me for any services in Superintending the work and
furnishing the buildings and machinery necessary to build the cats.
The location of the shops to be selected by me but to be on the line
of Rail Road so as to admit of their delivery. |
I will commence the work
forthwith and bind myself to have the woodwork ready for the iron work
as soon as delivered. |
