Dear Sir, |
My brother Mr Jason M. Fairbanks of
Florida has been many years engaged as you are aware as a Civil
Engineer upon works of public improvement as well also in scientific
surveys in the public service. He now desires to place his
professional knowledge at the service of his country and would be
glad to be placed on duty with some division of the army where he
might be employed under the direction of the Military Engineers in
the construction of earth works & similar duty. |
May I beg of you to place his desire
before the proper authority and upon the receipt of order he will at
once proceed to such point as may be designated. |
Please address him at |
