| My attention has again been called to the
Washington County R R Bridge across the Brazos River by the Maj Genl
Commanding, accompanied by a letter of the Surgeon at Chappel Hill,
stating that said bridge is in a very dangerous condition. |
| I must urge that the repairs must be done
at once without a day's delay. Please report to me, what progress you
have already made if any in said repairs. |
