| There is some very important work in the
course of Construction at Columbus Geo for the Govt and I am desirous that
you should superintend the transportation of the material as well as
attend to the disbursements in connection with the Contract. |
| I trust your health will permit you to
come to Richmond at once as there are other duties of equal importance
that it will be necessary for you to attend to the particulars of which you
will learn on reporting to me here. |
