| I am instructed by the QMGenl
to inform you of the following decision of the Secty of War in regard to
Transportation, to which you will give proper observance |
| "QMGenl may grant
transportation on Genl Gardner's order he being considered as coming
within the Equity of the order allowing such privilege to a Genl of a
Dept or that of a Bureau." |
