know of no better arrangement for the Transportation of detachments of
troops than the one proposed by you. It is therefore approved and you
will adopt in on your road. |
| General Winder is authorized to give transportation to
sick soldiers by agreement of R. Rd. Convention, held here on the 20th
of August. A copy of which please find enclosed. |
