| General Zollicoffer has this day been
requested to direct the Quarter Master of his command to make a
requisitions on you for such wagons, mules & the means of
transportation, as the troops under him may require. You will please act
accordingly, taking certified vouchers from him as required by Form No.
25, page 55 of the regulations, and forward the same to this office for
payment. If, however, the Qr. Mr. is a bonded officer, he has been
directed to make an estimate on this office for funds to pay for the
same. If such should prove the fact, the means will be remitted him to
pay for the articles required of you. |
