instant relative to the correspondence of yourself and Mr. Wallace {President,
Wilmington & Weldon RR} with Major Morfit, I have to inform
you that I have examined the papers and expressed an opinion thereon (a
copy of which is herewith enclosed) with which, I am certain you will
feel satisfied. |

jealous guardianship over rights both of individuals, and
corporations, and no assumption of unauthorized power by its officers
will be tolerated or allowed. |
