| There is a great need of
cotton at this point to keep the factory here & in Petersburg in
operation. To meet the demand to a limited extent I would respectfully
suggest that all the tithe cotton in the State of N. Carolina, north of
Wilmington may be shipped to Major W G Ferguson QM Richmond. |
