I adopt the suggestions contained in your
letter of this date, relative to the transportation of Troops and
supplies, by Rail-Way to and from Manassas. |
You will direct that the regular passenger
train leave the junction at certain stated times punctually. By
allowing no interference with its schedule all delays and obstructions
will be avoided. |
