| In the event that you may desire to use
the Rail Road in the direction of Fairfax C. House, I suggest that
some of the prisoners, especially such as are mechanics be employed in
its repair. This may become necessary as the labor requisite cannot I
understand be procured in the vicinity of the Road. |
