| Referring to your letter of
the 15th instant, stating that Major Sehon had transferred the public
property in his possession to Captain H. T. Massengale, and that since
that time Captain Massengale has been in charge of transportation, and
in view of these facts, you are hereby directed to relieve Major Wm
Bacon as Post Quarter Master, at Atlanta, and to receipt to him for the
public property in his possession. |
