In your report of stores received for
transportation for the week ending June 4, appears the following --
June 2 -- from Capt. F. H. Warner 10 000 fine brick
{about 3 car loads} for Columbus Geo.
That brick should be transported by rail such a distance, at
times when R. R. transportation is so valuable excites surprise, &
the QMGenl wishes some explanation as to from whom, & how the
order for this transportation was obtained. |
