| It is important that all Quarter Masters Supplies
imported by the various Government Vessels running into Charleston and
Wilmington should go into the depots of General Supply. I have therefore
to direct that you forward to this point promptly all such stores; and
be particular to see that bulk is not broken at Charleston or elsewhere
to supply the wants of local commands. |
