| Your letter of the 16th inst has been
received. You are directed to hire of the Seaboard & Roanoke RR Co
a Locomotive at Ten dollars per day the rate mentioned in your letter.
A written agreement must be made with the Rail Road Company by which
the Government will be relieved from all responsibility of damage
resulting from collision or accident. |
