| You are requested to report
at your earliest convenience, whether the Agent of the QM Department now
at Albany acting under your orders cannot be stationed at Thomasville &
charged with transportation duties at that place, in addition to his
present engagements, & if so, you will instruct him to repair to that
place & to enter on said duties as soon as practicable. |
