| Mr. B. L. Jacobs, agent of the Quarter Master's
Department, will report to Lieutenant Colonel Smith Assistant Quarter
Master General, for special service in connection with the
transportation of Military supplies. |
| In the intervals, when not so employed, he will assist
in the settlement of the accounts of Rail Road Companies for military
transportation, in Colonel Smith's office. |
