I regret to learn that the Manchester
& Wilmington {Wilmington & Manchester} Road
are running two daily passenger trains. This is complained of by the
South Carolina Road which is restricted to one, and whose cars are
detained at Kingsville on account of the failure of the W&M Road
to remove freight as soon as delivered. The order was positive that
only one train should run on any Road between Richmond and Augusta. |
