| In accordance with Par. 2 of Genl. order No 24 Series
of 1863, I have the honor to inform you that Capt W. L. Lampkin who
lives near Forsyth Geo has resigned his commission as an officer of this
Dept. |
| Also that Capt L. R. Lucas now at Lowry's Crossing Va &
Tenn R. R. was dropped from the rolls & ceased to be an officer of this
Department on 30th Nov. 1863. |
