| I respectfully request that Captain W. A.
Troutman, Assistant Quarter Master, now on duty in this city, be
ordered to relieve Captain Thos. R. Sharp, Assistant Quarter Master,
without delay, at Weldon, North Carolina, and that Captain Sharp,
when relieved report for duty as temporary superintendent of the
Charlotte & South Carolina Rail Road. |
