| Until the corn & subsistence stores
now on the lines of the Wilmington & Manchester and the Wilmington
& Weldon Roads are brought forward the Sect. of War orders that no
more Passenger or Express trains be permitted to run on those roads.
Notify the officers of these Roads & see that these orders are
executed; this step has become absolutely necessary. |
