| VI. Maj. George Whitfield AQM is charged with the
reconstruction of the Mobile & Ohio RR and will at once enter upon
the discharge of this duty. |
| He is vested with plenary authority at his
discretion to impress all property and labor of every description
necessary for the completion of the work and makes requisition upon
Chief Subsistence for necessary supplies. He is also authorized to
reconstruct the telegraph wires along that line. |
