| Whenever troops are to move on Rail Road,
load the forward trains first, & ask comdg officer to have the
cars filled with men. Unless filled we cannot furnish cars enough. If
all the trains move at once water cannot be provided & delay will
occur. I urge that the Railroad men be consulted as to what the train
ought to carry & load accordingly. |
