| I have considered the contents of your letter of this
date on behalf of Mr Glasebrook. |
| The contract you refer to stipulated that the building
would be erected at a cost of Nineteen Thousand dollars; but under the
particular circumstances of the case K think it only right that Mr
Glazebrook should be indemnified against loss. Upon the receipt of a
statement from him of the actual cost of the building verified as you
suggest, I will direct payment to be made. |
