| Mr T R Tate of North Carolina has a quantity of oil and
wool at Memphis for transportation to Charlotte N. C. Give authority for
the wool and oil to be transported to its destination from time to time
when it can be done without material interference with the
transportation of the most necessary supplies for the Confederate
States, such as provisions & ammunition. |
