Excellency, the President, to the supposed fact, that the Virginia
Central Rail Road will not be in such condition throughout the coming
Winter, as will enable it to meet all the demands that will be made
upon it. You are requested to give your attention to this subject, and
after examination and conference with the Officers of the Road, to
report thereon to this office. |
